“Soft Blue” Theme Tutorial

Hey everybody, we’re about over due for a full layout tutorial, so here we go. In this tutorial you will learn how to create a nice soft blue theme for your website.
Pre-Step: 960gs and a Pattern
Before we begin, make sure you are familiar with how to use the 960 grid system. If you’re not sure what that is, or how to use it, you can read my tutorial on it here. Also, we will be using 1 pattern for this layout, here it is (right click>save as):
